For years, George Needleman, the gentle CFO of a Wall Street investment bank, has been living with his head in the clouds. His frustrated second wife, Kate, has reached her limit taking care of his senile mother, Barbara. His teenage daughter, Cindy, is spoiled beyond hope and his seven-year-old son, Howie, wishes his father were around more. But George is finally forced to wake up when he learns that his firm, Lockwise Industries, has been operating a mob-backed Ponzi scheme -- and that he's been set up as the fall guy.Facing criminal charges and death threats from the mob, George and his entire family are put under witness protection in the safest place that Brian, a federal prosecutor from Atlanta, can think of... Madea's Witness Protection Movie plot : George Needleman (Levy), a high level CFO in New York City, promises his son that he will take him to his baseball game after he gets back from the office. He gets to his office and arrives to a harrowing scene. His co-workers are shredding documents and are in a state of chaos. He sees his boss who informs him that his company is a Ponzi scheme run by the mob. He is being accused of spearheading the scheme involving the mob and has to enter his family into a witness protection program. The program's location is a place that absolutely no one will think to look for them: Madea's house down south with her brother Joe and nephew Brian.

Goofs :
Errors in geography: When George Needleman (Eugene Levy) goes to his Manhattan office building and enters the elevator to go up to his office, the elevator inspection certificate is visible. It is issued by the Georgia Department of Labor, meaning that the elevator used for the shot was not located in Manhattan, but rather in Georgia.

I must say reading some of the reviews before going to watch this movie, made watching more fun. People who put Tyler Perry down are right out of it! He is awesome and if you expected to see something like a Few good men, then you should not be allowed to comment. This Madea's Witness Protection movie is just insane, I love it. When I go to a movie I want to see exactly what I am going to see... This movie had it all. If I wanted to go to driving school I would expect cars and tests. If I go bowling I guess I would see special shoes 5/10 pin bowling balls and pins... What were you actually waiting to see? I love Madea, this is what I wait for in the movie, I appreciate the seriousness that is in the Madea movies, though I want to see Madea. If you never enjoyed Madea goes to jail or this movie, then you should stop watching these movies. I read the reviews, watched the trailers and yes I got exactly what I wanted to see, wish the movie was 2 hours longer. In this world, we have to find whats funny, cause everything else is pretty screwed up and after 30+ years in the forces, I am pretty sure I know what funny is! Madea gives me the type of humour I thrive on, she is so believable and cannot get enough of her. Thank-you, Jim.....
